Warranty:

Each product will come with a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty against defects on the functional manufacturing ONLY, not blemishes, cosmetics, or normal wear and tear during use.

Return

We offer a 30-day return policy starting the day the buyer receives the item(s). Returned item(s) must be in as-new condition, in original, and undamaged packaging including all boxes, hardware, manuals, and accessories. We will not accept any returned item unless it is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. An invoice from the checkout or a copy of your email order confirmation will be required. Credit will not be issued for any product that has been installed, used, or manipulated in any manner. Such items will be returned to the Buyer at Buyer's expense. The shipping cost is non-refundable. In the event that an item doesn't fit as described, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Disclaimer of Warranty

By purchasing parts, purchasers expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that they take, select & purchase any part from Precision Design Worx and its affiliates, distributors, and agents "As is" and "With all faults." The entire risk as to the quality and performance of any parts is with the purchasers. Should the parts prove defective following the purchase, purchaser assumes the entire cost for all necessary servicing, repair, and replacement of any resulting liability, Precision Design Worx makes no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, oral or written, to purchasers or any user of these parts. Precision Design Worx disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, including fitness of any parts of racing.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Remedies

You agree that our remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that we shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that we may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees.

No right or remedy of ours shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees, and expenses.

No instance of waiver by us of our rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waivers.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to the products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Minnesota, except that to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Minnesota. You hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-convenient with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Minnesota. Arbitration under these Terms of Use shall be conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules then prevailing at the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class action proceedings or otherwise. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of, related to, or connected with the use of the Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever banned.

International Access

This Site may be accessed from countries other than the United States. This Site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of the United States. Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside the United States. If you access and use this Site outside the United States you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
